A meeting of the spanish Project Leader and the RTA with the spanish coordinators of the different areas of the project under spanish responsibility was held the 18^th of july 2008, to present an overview of the seminar programmes elaborated by the coordinators in their respective preliminary meetings in Romania with the romanian beneficiaries (inception phase). Afterwards followed a discussion to avoid possible overlaps of some subjects and to maximize the impact of the training sessions.
