Coordination meeting on focal point “waste”
On the 5th of march 2009 a meeting was organised in the Ministry of Environment, in Bucharest, by the Twinning of Galati, focussed on industrial waste management, which counted with the participation of the Twinning of Bacau, focussed on domestic waste management, and the Twinning of Craiova, which had produced technical guidelines for the construction and management of landfills. They held a meeting with representatives from the Waste Directorates of the Ministry and the NEPA, presenting the activities, guidelines and materials produced or under production, and discussing with them what additional aspects should be included in the materials produced, or what additional materials should be produced.
